1. Q: How to purchase?

Second, choose the items which you would like to order and put them in the inquiry basket then our salesperson will contact with you about the confirmed order. Third, you transfer the payment then we confirm your payment, we will send the products to you in 2 days and will according to your address to choose the best safe shipment method.

2. Q: Which payment method do you accept?
   A: Sorry,we cant accept Paypal because its too hard and long time to pick the payment up from Paypal in china.
       We accept the payment by Western Union, Money Gram .

Once you place order then your free member will be updated to our permanent member.
 
5. Q: How long I could receive my order?
   A: When we confirm your payment through our account, we will send the products to you in 2 days. After we send the products out, we will send a tracking number to you to check your order’s state. Usually, the tracking number can be checked in the express company’s website in 1-2 days. After the tracking number set up on the internet, you will receive the package in 5 working days. That means, you could receive the products in 7-9 working days after you transfer the payment. (Notice: there is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday)
 
6. Q: What is your minimum order?

In our mini order policy, the shipping cost is difference from the products and zones.
Such as for sunglasses, the mini order is 12pcs that the delivery cost will be FREE.
For handbags, the mini order is 7pcs that the delivery cost will be FREE
For Golf, the mini order is 6 full sets that the delivery cost will be FREE.
For Ipod products, the mini order is 10pcs that the delivery cost will be FREE
For Jewellery, the mini order is 24pcs that the delivery cost will be FREE.

7. Q: Do I have to purchase the shipping insurance fee? Is it important?
  A: Usually we offer shipping insurance in our wholesale orders, you could choose whether you want it or not.
If you would like to purchase the shipping insurance, we will guarantee the customs in our local and your country's, and the items will arrive at your hand safely, and the insurance fee is 10% x the total cost of the order.
If you don't choose the shipping insurance, we will be responsible for the customs liquidation in our area but not in your country.

8. Q: Do the items come with the attachments? Such as guarantee card, tag, serial number, dust bag and so on?
    A:  For all the products which we provide you are all with a gift box. For some products we will provide the paper, tag. For all the products which we provide you are all with the same marked such as the original one. For the details of your products, our salesman will tell you when you make your order.
 
9. Q: How can I check the order status?
    A: We will email you the tracking number after the shipment effected, and you could check the order in the express company website http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp in the following 1 or 2 days. We are afraid that some of our emails will be blocked by your server sometimes and you will not be able to get the tracking number. Please feel free to contact us at your directly salesperson and tell him/her your questions, We will reply and send the tracking number once we receive your email!
